The hotel had a great pool to relax in and a nice lounge area to unwind. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a little updating, but that didn't ruin my stay at all 🌟

There is nothing to report about this hotel of a positive nature, although the restaurant looked fairly interesting; however I left as soon as I could in the A.M. though I'd paid for the breakfast buffet....

Very nice place, in the heart of Amsterdam.
A small room and a very small bathroom.

I loved the location of the hotel and the size of the room, which are normally tiny in Amsterdam
I don't like the glass doors on bathrooms

Location, Russian-speaking administrator, view from the window, cleanliness and comfort.
It's too small a shower room.

missingWrote a review on 02 Novoutdated bathroomreasonable value
It was just a fine choice for a city holiday in Amsterdam with reasonable value. The bathroom felt a bit outdated but still served its purpose . Pack earplugs to combat the noise from the a/c and any outside sounds.

The breakfast here was satisfactory with cheese and hit options, as example. The staff were efficient and respectful, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge.
Some of the staff were not so helpful.

The location was perfect, right by Dam Square. We loved how easy it was to explore the city, especially since we had our two young kids with us. The tram lines nearby made getting around...
